Design Goals
- Give a large exterior simple, clean lines across all three levels
- Add warm wood tones without painting or staining
- Make the balcony bands, glass rails, and walls work as one look
Our Solution
- ALPOLIC MBX Metallic Bronze ACM wrapped balcony fascias and roof edges to form continuous bands
- JBR Bronze ACM used on select faces for added depth and a subtle shift in light
- Tiger Brown WPC planks installed as vertical accents to break up wide walls
- Clean trims, square corners, and even gaps where ACM meets glass, stucco, and WPC
Results
- Clear, strong lines that make the house look neat and modern
- Wood-look accents warm the bronze cladding and break up large surfaces
- Finished balcony and roof edges with crisp shadow lines
- Durable exterior built for sun, rain, wind, and freeze-thaw with little upkeep
Project Overview
This three-level home in Brechin, Ontario uses ALPOLIC Bronze ACM cladding to outline the balconies and roof edges. Tiger Brown wood-look WPC planks add warmth between window bays. The mix creates clean lines, a rich color palette, and low upkeep in Ontario weather. Scope: ~3,200 sq ft of ACM.
