Modern Exterior

River Rock Grey and Bamboo ACM Add Contrast to Palomino Crescent Toronto Home

Design Goals

  • Bring visual structure to a curtain wall-heavy facade
  • Add warmth and contrast using mixed panel finishes
  • Highlight the front entry and key projection areas without disrupting the overall simplicity

Our Solution

  • River Rock Grey ACM: Used on upper sections and around the canopy to highlight the shape of the home and create contrast with the glass
  • QCP HT Bamboo ACM: Installed on soffits and underhangs to bring in a natural wood tone and soften the look of the glass and stone
  • Precision Installation: Panels were cut and placed to fit tightly around large windows, keeping all edges clean and consistent

Results

  • The home now has a clean, modern look with better contrast and curb appeal
  • The bamboo soffits add warmth and help the house feel more inviting
  • The entire system is durable and stays looking sharp through Toronto’s seasons

Results

  • The home now has stronger definition and curb appeal, without losing its modern feel
  • The bamboo soffits add just enough warmth to balance the minimalist design
  • Everything is low-maintenance and built to hold up cleanly through Toronto’s weather
Project Overview

This modern home on Palomino Crescent features a lot of glass across the front, giving it a clean, open feel—but it also needed something to break up the surface and add contrast. We added ACM panels around the front canopy and upper window sections to frame the glass and make key areas like the entrance stand out. The soft grey and bamboo tones helped tie the glass and stone together, giving the exterior a more balanced and complete look.
