- Give the front a simple, modern outline

- Keep the colour mix calm next to the light brick
Our Solution
- Wrapped the upper level and balcony edges with Metallic Grey ALUBOND ACM to create continuous frames along the facade
- Added deep frames around key windows for extra depth without blocking daylight
- Used clean trims and even gaps where ACM meets brick and glass for smooth, durable joints

- A clear outline that looks modern from the street
- Windows feel deeper and pair well with the light brick
- Clean edges and protected overhangs for a finished front
- Built for Toronto weather: handles sun, rain, and freeze-thaw
Project Overview
This North York home uses Metallic Grey ALUBOND ACM to outline the second floor and key window bays. The grey bands sit cleanly against the light brick and other masonry, giving the front a sharp, modern look with low upkeep. Scope: ~1,700 sq ft of ACM.
