Modern Exterior
Grey and Silver ACM with Teak WPC Modernize St. Hubert Avenue Toronto Home
Design Goals
- The homeowners wanted a clean, modern look that still felt warm and welcoming
- The facade needed visual contrast without looking too busy or overdesigned
Our Solution
- Grey and Silver ACM Panels: Installed on different parts of the home’s exterior to highlight its modern shapes and add strong contrast between the main sections.
- Teak WPC Fluted Panels: Placed around the front door and windows to bring in warmth and soften the overall look of the dark metal cladding.
- Precision-Fit ACM: Every panel was carefully measured and cut to fit the home’s unique angles, making sure all corners and edges were tight, clean, and gap-free.
Results
- The home now stands out with a sharp, balanced look that complements the neighborhood
- The color contrast adds interest without overwhelming the design
- Panels are weather-resistant and require no painting, sealing, or upkeep
Project Overview
This modern home on St. Hubert Ave was designed with strong shapes and sharp lines. To keep things visually balanced, we used dark grey ACM on the larger parts of the house and lighter silver ACM on the smaller section above the entry. Around the front door and windows, we added teak-toned fluted panels to bring in warmth and contrast. Because of the angled design, every panel had to be measured and installed carefully to get the clean, tight finish the homeowner wanted.
