Modern Exterior
Black ACM and Walnut-Tone Siding Define Fenn Ave. North York Home
Design Goals
- Highlight the geometric lines of the facade using clean, durable materials
- Create contrast between dark cladding and light stonework
- Ensure all components can handle full sun without fading or warping
Our Solution
- Black ACM Panels: Installed horizontally and vertically to match architectural grid lines and create strong visual framing
- Dark National Walnut Aluminum Siding: Used vertically between windows and along the entry column to soften the exterior and add natural warmth
- Fade-Resistant Build: All panels were fabricated with high-resistance finishes rated for UV, heat, and moisture
Results
- The facade now has a crisp, high-end look with strong geometry and balanced contrast
- The walnut-tone siding ties in perfectly with the garage and entry door
- Everything is built to last—with no peeling, fading, or repainting
Project Overview
This new custom home on Fenn Ave has a modern look with clean lines and bold shapes. We used black ACM panels across the top floor and front canopy to give it a sharp, finished appearance. To add some warmth, we installed walnut-tone aluminum siding vertically between the windows and by the front door—matching the color of the door and garage. Since the house gets a lot of direct sun, we used materials that won’t fade, crack, or warp over time
