- White ACM Panels: Applied across the main volumes to create a bright, modern exterior with sharp definition
- Metallic Grey ACM: Installed over the bay window awning and entry posts to echo shared features and provide visual cohesion between the two homes
- Dark National Walnut Aluminum Siding: Used between windows and at key verticals to soften contrast, tie in with the garage and entry doors, and add warmth

TThis new build on Hendon Ave sits beside its mirrored twin, forming a clean, modern pair in the heart of North York. The architect and homeowner wanted the two homes to feel connected, yet distinct. For this property, we used a combination of bright white ACM panels, walnut-tone aluminum siding, and metallic grey accents to create a light, modern exterior with sharp structure. Each material was selected to complement the home’s geometry and subtly reference the cladding system used next door.
