Design Goals
- Give the front a crisp, modern outline with one clear focal window
- Balance the ACM panels colours: light (Mist White) and dark (Metallic Grey, Matte Black) for a calm, high-end look
- Keep edges at the entry and garage neat and water-shedding
Our Solution
- Installed Metallic Grey ALUBOND ACM as continuous frames along the upper level to tie the facade together
- Built a Mist White projecting window box around the feature window for depth and standout contrast
- Clad the entry canopy, door surround, and garage header in Matt Black ACM with clean trims and even reveals where cladding meets brick and glass
Results
- The feature window pops, organizing the whole front at a glance
- Light and dark colours feel balanced not harsh, and pair well with the brick base
- Tidy edges and finished soffits give the entry a polished look
- Toronto-ready exterior: durable finish that handles sun, rain, and freeze-thaw; easy to rinse clean
Project Overview
This North York home uses a three-tone ALUBOND ACM cladding palette to create a clean, modern front. Metallic Grey frames the upper level, Mist White wraps the large feature window as a bold box, and Matt Black finishes the entry canopy and garage surround. Together, the colours add contrast and order without feeling busy. Scope: ~1,100 sq ft of ACM.
